Job description
Foundry Robotics is hiring its first Head of Security to own the security and compliance program end‑to‑end, including achieving CMMC Level 2 before the November 2026 deadline. You’ll protect CUI, export‑controlled data, and customer IP across edge, on‑prem, and cloud, while building the security function from the ground up.
You’ll set strategy, perform hands‑on work in early days, and hire a team to scale security as the company grows in a ~30‑person startup environment.
