Job description
Crossmint is seeking a Head of Security to build and own the security function as we scale our fintech/crypto infrastructure. This player-coach role sets strategy while remaining hands-on when needed to protect the platform.
You will lead security across cloud, application, and IT, manage the Senior DevSecOps Engineer, and collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Ops to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
