UPL is seeking a dynamic leader to head North America Commercial Ag for NPP and SS&CH, based in the US. This role drives growth in seed treatment, soil health, and biological solutions, develops strategies, and leads a high-performing sales organization.
The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional partners, oversee launches, manage distributors, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering against financial targets and strengthening UPL's brand.
