Job description
Ethernovia, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a Head of Product Development Engineering to drive NPI to HVM for high-speed Ethernet switch and PHY products.
You will own end-to-end test, characterization, and manufacturing readiness, bridging world-class chip designs with automotive-grade silicon production. The role requires hands-on leadership in semiconductor product development, coordinating with Arch, Design, SW/FW, DFT, and QA teams, and guiding test strategies from wafer to system.
