Our client is rapidly growing, privately held infrastructure services company that is seeking a commercially driven leader to scale its services platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will lead business development, inside sales, key account growth, and recurring revenue strategy across a well established national customer base.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the growth strategy for the services business.
Expand recurring revenue through maintenance, inspection, rehabilitation, and lifecycle service programs.
Build and lead a high-performing business development and inside sales organization.
Strengthen relationships with strategic customers and drive account expansion.
Establish commercial processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Partner closely with operations and executive leadership to align growth and execution.
Ideal Background
10+ years of sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
Proven success growing service-based or recurring revenue businesses.
Experience building teams, sales processes, and scalable growth strategies.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage customers, develop talent, and influence across an organization. xzgxqkn
Background in infrastructure, industrial, engineering, construction, energy, utility, environmental, or asset-intensive industries preferred.
