Job description
IndyHumane is seeking a Medical Department Manager to lead the shelter's Medical Department, overseeing staff, operations, training, and quality assurance to ensure timely, compassionate medical care for animals. You will supervise Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, and Medical staff, coordinate staffing, and enforce medical protocols in a fast-paced shelter setting.
