Job description
Odawa Casino Resort is seeking a Director of Slots to provide strategic leadership and comprehensive oversight of the Slot Department. The role focuses on optimizing revenue, managing floor layouts with AutoCAD, and directing budgeting and staffing to meet game performance targets.
The position reports to the General Manager as part of the Executive Team and requires strong guest service focus, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with gaming vendors and suppliers to maximize ROI.
