Job description
CVS Health Corporation in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a senior software engineering leader to drive technical strategy across a 50-150+ person engineering organization, setting architectural standards and elevating execution across teams.
You will embed LLMs, generative AI, and ML-powered automation into the engineering lifecycle, owning delivery velocity and holding teams to outcomes rather than roadmaps. You will partner with Product, Data, and health leaders to translate strategy into engineering bets.
