A leading financial advisory firm with a legacy as one of the oldest independent investment banks, advising on transactions exceeding $230 billion. They are seeking a hands‑on engineering leader to build and lead a growing software organization.
Job Responsibilities
Build and lead a software organization starting with two engineers and growing toward ten
Own software engineering hiring, talent development, standards, SDLC, AI‑assisted development practices, delivery quality, and resource allocation
Share major architecture decisions with the data architect and broader Technology leadership
Qualifications
Management experience required; prior ownership of an entire engineering function preferred
Agentic coding expertise is non‑negotiable
Regulated‑industry experience required; financial services strongly preferred
Compensation
Salary: $175,000 - $250,000, Plus Bonus
