Job description
Serval is an AI-native automation platform seeking a leader to build and own Solutions Engineering. You’ll define the function from the ground up: strategy, hiring, playbooks, and the technical motion that turns complex IT and security deals into customers.
You’ll start hands‑on while growing a team of technical sellers and setting the standard for demos and evaluations. You’ll partner with the founders, GTM leadership, and Product to make the technical win repeatable, codify security
