Job description
Flow is redefining how hardware teams engineer through a structured SE program. You will build a scalable evaluation playbook, run critical technical reviews, and design the ramp for a growing SE team across regions.
A key part of the role is codifying processes so that new hires can operate independently within their first quarter. You'll lead from day one, owning evaluations, onboarding frameworks, and the transition handoff to deployment, reporting to the Head of Sales as the SE function
