CommerceWest Bank seeks a Head of Specialty Banking to lead our Specialty Banking Group, building a high-performing sales organization and profitable commercial deposit relationships. The HSB recruits, coaches, and develops Business Banking Officers to achieve production, profitability, referral development, Treasury Management, and cross-selling goals.
The HSB also cultivates strategic relationships with escrow/title companies, CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors, and other centers of influence
