Job description
IEX Group in New York is seeking a Head of SRE, Cross-Asset to lead our SRE organization as we scale our Equities business and launch Options. This role requires deep technical leadership to improve reliability and drive a scalable SRE model across asset classes.
You will guide production engineering across Linux, Java/C++, Python, and other tech, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high availability of trading systems in a predominantly on-prem environment.
