Job description
Star Pediatrics is seeking a Staffing Operations Leader to lead a team of Staffing Coordinators and optimize nurse utilization. You will analyze data, develop forecasting models, and create dashboards to drive data-driven decisions across Nursing Operations and Talent Acquisition.
You will collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Operations, and other teams to address workforce supply and demand, drive productivity, and elevate service delivery. Bachelor’s degree required.
