Job description
Island Pacific is seeking a Director of Construction & New Store Development to lead new-store construction, remodels, expansions, and major capital-improvement projects from initial site evaluation through design, permitting, construction, turnover, and opening.
Obligatory license requirements include an active California General Building Contractor License, Class B, in good standing, and a four-year degree.
