PulteGroup is seeking a seasoned Land Acquisition Lead to drive strategic planning and execution of land deals across multiple geographies. You will manage sourcing, due diligence, entitlements and negotiations while guiding a team of professionals.
Position emphasizes collaboration with Legal, Development, Finance and Operations, with strong emphasis on market analysis, risk management, and community stakeholder engagement. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience required.
