Job description
First Business Bank is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead sourcing, supplier management, and P2P processes across a multi-vendor program with an annual spend of about $30 million. This senior role reports to the Chief Risk Officer and collaborates with Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations.
You will establish sourcing strategies, oversee negotiations, and implement governance to strengthen controls while driving cost savings and process efficiency in a regulated financial services
