Gradian Solutions is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing to build and lead a high-performing team that supports rapid hyperscale data center cooling growth. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage executive supplier relationships, and align with engineering, operations, and manufacturing to ensure supply continuity and cost competitiveness.
