Job description
Cornerstones is seeking a Director of Street Outreach to guide the Street Outreach team at the Embry Rucker Community Shelter. This role requires directing unsheltered outreach, coordinating with partners, and applying a Housing First approach to help clients obtain housing.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in homeless services, supervisory experience, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in a trauma-informed, equity-focused framework.
