Job description
Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) is seeking a Director of Student Housing Facilities & Operations to lead The Heights at Montclair State University. This role oversees maintenance, custodial, budgets, capital planning and collaborates with campus partners to ensure an excellent housing experience for residents.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in student housing operations, strong financial reporting experience, and proficiency with housing management software and MS Office.
