Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader will oversee sourcing, production, factory management, quality, logistics, fulfillment, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations. The Head of Supply Chain will partner closely with Inventory Planning, Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to balance demand, supply, inventory investment, and customer service.

This role will be responsible for building scalable supply chain processes, strategic partnerships, and operating systems that support continued growth and create a sustainable competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end supply chain, including sourcing, production, factory management, quality assurance, logistics, fulfillment, and third-party logistics operations.

Develop and execute the supply chain strategy, building scalable processes, operating rhythms, KPIs, and systems that support long-term growth and operational excellence.

Develop strategic supplier, factory, and logistics partnerships that improve quality, service, cost, capacity, and scalability while reducing supply chain risk.

Own production execution and commercialization timelines, proactively identifying and resolving supply, capacity, quality, and delivery risks to ensure successful product launches.

Drive operational and financial performance by improving landed cost, freight efficiency, inventory flow, and overall supply chain productivity.

Establish and maintain quality standards across suppliers, factories, and fulfillment operations to ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.

Partner cross-functionally with Inventory Planning, Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to balance demand, supply, inventory investment, and customer commitments.

Build, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain organization with a culture of accountability, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Establish performance metrics and governance using KPIs, scorecards, and business reviews to improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making.

Serve as the organizational owner of supply chain performance, providing strategic recommendations that support profitable growth and operational excellence.
