Job description
Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Head of Talent to own recruitment end-to-end, building strategy, team, systems, and long-term pipelines for the next decade. You will lead a ~10-person recruiting team and drive executive searches, shaping Apex's leadership and workforce.
This leadership role requires a track record in high-volume hiring, data-driven recruiting, and ITAR/U.S. person compliance, with the ability to partner with executives and shape the company’s talent engine across aerospace.
