Job description
Fortuity is a Columbus-based contact center and BPO provider seeking an HR Recruiting Manager to lead the talent acquisition function and deliver the people needed on schedule. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting to build strong pipelines and drive results.
You’ll manage the recruiting team, refine sourcing strategies, oversee high-volume campaigns, partner with external agencies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while aligning with client staffing goals.
