Kyndryl is seeking an Industrial‑Organizational Psychologist or Psychometrician to lead talent analytics within People Science. You will drive analytics, validation, and listening systems, partnering with CHRO and senior leaders to shape workforce strategies and measure impact at enterprise scale.
The role combines statistical modeling with business strategy, guiding recruitment, learning, engagement, and leadership development while mentoring a team of 5 analysts and psychometricians.
