Job description
VEG is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Development Operations to scale learning across hospitals and the VEG Headquarters. You’ll align programs, trainers, technology, training environments, and field partners to ensure learning reaches hospitals consistently and effectively.
You’ll bridge VEGHQ and frontline teams, shaping what should be centralized vs localized and enabling VEGgies to learn, practice, and grow in the flow of work as VEG expands.
