Snorkel AI is seeking a Director of Technical Recruiting to build and lead our technical recruiting engine, spanning Engineering, Research, Product, FDE, and Applied AI Engineering. The right leader will design a scalable function from the ground up, coach recruiters, partner with senior technical leaders, and compete for top AI and infrastructure talent in Bay Area and beyond.
