Job description
TerraFlex seeks a seasoned business development professional to originate tenant relationships and leasing for its IOS portfolio. You will identify opportunities, analyze markets, and coordinate with Green Courte’s asset management and legal teams to structure favorable lease terms.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in CRE leasing or related sectors, with a bachelor’s degree. Expect regular travel to properties and active industry engagement to drive occupancy and portfolio growth.
