Job description
Treeline Biosciences seeks a Director of Total Rewards & HRIS to build and run compensation, benefits, and HR systems for a growing biotech organization. You will shape compensation philosophy, ensure pay equity, and maintain core HR systems across jurisdictions.
You will lead multi-country HRIS governance, data integrity, and dashboards for headcount, attrition, and compensation modeling while coordinating with senior leadership on strategy.
