Job description
BitGo, a digital asset infrastructure company, seeks a Senior Program Manager for R&D to build the Technical Program Management function from scratch within the first year.
You will own timely, regulated program delivery across product, engineering, compliance, legal, and risk, set the operating rhythm, and manage cross‑team dependencies and audits.
The role requires 8+ years in technical program management, leadership of TPM teams, and experience delivering in a regulated fintech environment.
