Job description
Kymera Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director to lead Translational Medicine operations for multi-site clinical studies. You will oversee biospecimen collection, processing, shipment, tracking and archival activities, ensuring study timelines and data integrity.
Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in TM operations, experience with central laboratories and external vendors, and strong project management, leadership, and regulatory knowledge.
