Job description
Professional Engineering Consultants (PEC) is seeking an industry‑recognized leader in transportation who can guide market strategy, expand PEC’s presence with state DOTs and agencies, and shape the future of transportation infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will mentor Project Managers, drive opportunity identification, lead proposals and contracts, manage market budgets and P&L, and build key client relationships while traveling as needed.
