Job description
Aikido Security is seeking its first Head of Account Management for the US to scale our post-sales motion and build a proactive renewals and expansion program. You will own this transition end-to-end, creating structure, coaching the team, and ensuring renewals and expansions are predictable and data-driven.
Based in Chicago, you will lead a high-impact function, establish segmentation and playbooks, and drive customer retention with a strong commercial mindset and hands-on leadership.
