Roast, Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our wholesale growth strategy in Nashville. You will drive partnerships, oversee the sales team, and manage product development initiatives to accelerate revenue and market presence.
Reporting to the CEO, you will partner with Marketing, Production, and Customer Support to align messaging, inventory, and fulfillment. A data-driven leader with a track record in coffee wholesale will thrive in our fast-moving, values-driven environment.
