Job description
At InterEx Group , we believe in shaping a more inclusive future for the tech industry. To help make that happen, we’re creating a new Women in Technology function in the US , and we’re searching for a leader to take it forward.
This isn’t a role where you step into something already built, this is about creating it.
This is a unique opportunity to:
Build and lead a brand-new function from the ground up
Drive initiatives to close the gender gap in technology
Partner with our enterprise customers across North America to support women achieving senior roles
Make a tangible impact on diversity and inclusion in the industry
What we’re looking for:
Experience building teams, functions, or programs from scratch
Strong track record of driving strategic initiatives in technology or diversity-focused roles
Exceptional vision, communication, and leadership skills
Passion for empowering women in technology and advancing representation in leadership
Based in Miami (we are open to relocators from the UK)
