Job description
The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington is seeking a Director of Donor Engagement – Women’s Philanthropy to lead strategy and execution for engaging women philanthropists across Greater Washington. This role drives campaign growth, donor retention, leadership development, and long-term impact.
You will cultivate high-potential donors, manage a robust prospect pipeline, and partner with volunteer leaders to advance meaningful giving and leadership participation.
