Rapport is seeking a Director of Operations – North America Workplace Experience & Hospitality to lead 100+ associates across North America. The role focuses on Welcome, Meetings, Workplace Ambassadors, and Front-of-House services with strong client leadership collaboration and strategic partnerships.
