Job description
Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida is seeking a Director of Sports & Athletics in Orlando. This leadership role builds the athletics program from the ground up, overseeing league design, season calendars, coaching standards, and game‑day operations across all Club sites.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Club Operations, you will lead Sports Coaches and referees, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets, and foster youth development through sport across BGCCF’s network of clubs.
