Job description
Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA) seeks a Site Director/Family Success Coach to manage a Head Start childcare center in Hermitage, MO. You will ensure a quality, center-based program and coordinate Head Start services for families.
As the liaison with the public and local community, you will connect families with support services and lead staff supervision to foster resilience and positive outcomes for children from low-income families.
