YWCA South Florida seeks a Head Start Center Director to oversee the strategic development, integration, and delivery of Head Start and Early Head Start services at a North Dade location serving 66 to 166 children.
The role ensures compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, manages daily operations, and maintains a safe, enriching environment for children and families. Supervises staff in a full-time exempt position with a salary range of $55K to $65K depending on experience.
