Job description
MAAC in Chula Vista, CA is seeking an Education Coach to coordinate, monitor, and train for Head Start Performance Standards across centers. You will model, guide, and provide resources to classroom staff to support program options.
This role emphasizes mentoring, data-informed coaching, and on-site training on Creative Curriculum and assessment tools like CLASS, ECERS, DRDP. A Bachelor's in ECE with 32 ECE units and three years of experience are required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
