Job description
Leto's Legacy is seeking a Summer Camp Director and Operations Lead to own the full delivery of summer camps from setup to closeout. You will run operations, staffing, safety, parent communication, and day-to-day cadence so instructors can focus on teaching.
You will report to the CEO and collaborate with the lead instructor, site hosts, admin support, marketing, and enrollment to deliver a high-quality, safe, and engaging camp experience for children.
