Header Plate FitterCompany: Abundant Solutions Location: Claremore, OK Area Pay: $23–$25/hour (DOE) Shifts Available: 1st & 2ndPosition Summary: Abundant Solutions is seeking skilled Header Plate Fitters to join our team in the Claremore area. This position is responsible for fitting and assembling header plates and metal components according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate has strong layout skills, experience in heavy fabrication, and a commitment to quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work ordersFit and assemble header plates and related componentsLay out, align, and position parts for proper fit-up prior to weldingUse measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and levelsPerform tack welding as needed to secure componentsInspect materials and finished work to ensure accuracy and quality standardsWork closely with welders and fabrication team membersMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresQualifications:Minimum 2+ years of plate fitting or heavy fabrication experienceExperience with header plates or pressure-related components preferredStrong blueprint reading and layout skillsKnowledge of welding symbols and fit-up techniquesAbility to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and qualityPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periodsComfortable working in a shop environment with varying temperaturesWeld Test Required: 1" 2g Plate Test; Mig and Flux, UT and X-ray
