We're currently looking for a Health Aide - Psych - Day shift for a Government contract.Job Title: Health Aide - Psych - Day shift Location: Savannah, GA Setting: Psychiatric Hospital Pay Range: 648.00 - 680.40 Schedule: 7:00a - 7:30p - 36 hours per week, every other weekend, holidays as needed Contract Length: 16 weeks Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly. Requirements: 1 year health aide or behavioral tech experience in mental health or corrections preferred AHA BLS Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs and have the strength to push and pull and stand for long periods of time.Responsibilities:Support day-to-day patient care and unit activities in a psych setting under the direction of the care teamAssist with patient safety, observation, and a therapeutic environment in accordance with facility guidelinesHelp with patient mobility and transport within the facility as neededCommunicate patient needs and relevant observations to nursing and clinical staff promptly and professionallyMaintain a clean, organized work area and follow established protocols for documentation and workflowWhy Choose VyTalent Solutions?
