Job description
Coborn's is seeking a Department Manager to lead our General Merchandise, Health & Beauty Care departments at our location. You will drive department performance, coach staff, and ensure optimal guest service by effectively utilizing people and resources.
You will oversee ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and freshness while maintaining accurate records, labor control, and safety compliance. A strong background in retail and customer service is essential.
