Job description
Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Department Manager to lead the General Merchandise and Health & Beauty Care departments at our Watford City location. You will drive department performance, supervise staff, optimize ordering, pricing, and product freshness, and coach the team to ensure outstanding guest service and adherence to safety standards.
You will direct workload, conduct performance evaluations, and coordinate training while controlling labor, profits, and inventory.
