Job description
Paychex is seeking a customer service professional who works independently to support multiple Paychex products and resolve client claims fairly, in line with Paychex policies. You will cultivate relationships with clients and partners, educate clients on service options, mentor teammates, and participate in projects that improve processes and service quality.
Starting base pay is $27.24 hourly; total compensation varies by location and experience, reflecting the company’s commitment to growth
