Job description
Willis Towers Watson seeks a Health and Benefits Senior Director to lead client engagements, shaping design and management of comprehensive health and benefits programs. You will drive strategy, grow relationships with current clients, and help win new business by leveraging WTW’s capabilities.
You will mentor teams, oversee project plans, and ensure quality while advancing cross‑selling of solutions and sustained revenue growth for the Health and Benefits practice.
