Job description
Mercer, a Marsh & McLennan company, is hiring a Lead Health & Benefits Consultant in Salt Lake City. You will manage client accounts of 2000+ lives, negotiating with carriers and vendors, and acting as primary consultant and relationship manager. This hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days per week.
You will lead complex engagements, design renewal strategies, set scope, and drive revenue while leveraging AI-enabled tools to deliver innovative solutions.
