Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Health Center Administrator Sea Mar Community Health Centers Exempt | Non-Union Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a mission-driven Health Center Administrator to lead the operations of our medical and dental clinics.
Key Duties:
Oversee daily clinic operations, financial stewardship, staff leadership, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Partner closely with clinical leadership to create a collaborative, patient-centered environment for multidisciplinary teams.
Balance operational discipline with compassion to ensure strong productivity and financial sustainability.
Protect the patient experience and support ongoing staff development.
Advance health equity, access, and service excellence across medical and dental clinics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required (health administration or related field preferred).
Healthcare leadership experience in an ambulatory or community health setting.
Strong financial oversight and quality improvement experience.
Demonstrated commitment to health equity and serving underserved populations.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
