Sun River Health is seeking a full‑time Health Center Director to support our Amityville/Copiague sites.

Salary
$100,940.07 – $126,175.14 per year
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Participates in the development and monitoring of site budgets.
Serves as liaison between central administration and practice site(s).
Works in collaboration with Site Medical Director, Site Dental Director, Nurse Manager, and Operation Manager to address clinical issues.
Ensures adherence to performance standards and regulatory guidelines.
Provides operational oversight for all services at the site(s), including coordination of provider schedules and hours of operation.
Participates in hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of administrative, clinical, and support staff at the site(s) and ensures appropriate staffing at the site(s).
Monitors monthly statistics and collaborates on the development and design of strategies to address areas in need of improvement.
Represents SRH at meetings within the counties in which the Health Centers are located.
Serves on Regional Quality Improvement Committee and facilitates the implementation of Quality Improvement projects at the site(s).
Minimum Education Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum Work-Related Experience
2–4 years
Preferred Specialized Skills & Knowledge
Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written)
